Chrysalis is a circle space for deep listening and soul-centered creativity.
As we rise together to face a larger context of extreme rupture and collapse, we are also individually shedding old stories and courageously emerging into newly imagined selves. Chrysalis is a space to attune to the deeply personal process that coincides with the larger collective process. It is meant to provide sanctuary, time, breath, and listening to the whispers of Soul within.   In this intimate circle space, we will engage embodied arts practices such as: dream-tending, music and movement, reflective journaling, nature connection, and group sharing. I hope this intentional time together can deepen trust in your inner knowing, strengthen alignment with your purpose, and empower your courage for your next creative steps.

Space is limited to 6-9 people. This series is in person.
No previous experience in any of these arts practices is needed. Simply come with an open heart and mind to the door of the Mystery within.

When: 6 , 2 -hour sessions between late February to May.

My Approach:

My approach has been shaped by the last 20 years of practice in deep-listening, embodiment-based circles rooted within the Divine Feminine principle. And also by a lifelong, engaged contemplative practice with Soul, through writing, music and movement, dream-tending, and relational care with the Land I call home. I know myself in the context of my Ancestral storylines, and I tend these living root systems. I am a Mother, Auntie, Sister, Daughter. My favorite color is blue.

Cost:

Registration fee for this guided container is $333. It can be made in full or in 3 monthly payments of $111.
