Wednesdays of hands-on learning in the herb garden from planting to harvest: tending the early phases of growth, plant identification, weeding practices, soil tending, watering, accurate and respectful harvesting, which plant parts to harvest for medicine and when, all the while learning how to make tinctures, vinegars, teas, glycerites and drying herbs for teas and culinary use. Culminating in an Equinox Garden Pizza Party!
